Charles Axtman is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania with a total of 22 years of experience in all aspects of land development. He also holds licenses in Ohio and West Virginia.
He attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering in May of 1997. From there he was employed for over 16 years at four engineering firms in Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania where he learned all facets of civil site engineering including land development, municipal engineering, regulatory permitting, construction bidding & administration, and project management.
He serves and is a member of the following organizations:
