Description:

The Gose Residence project is a 4,850 sq.ft. single family residence situated on a 7.3 acre parcel.  The Stormwater Management Plan was designed based on the existing site conditions while considering the stormwater management requirements of the Municipal ordinances and existing sewage disposal area.
