Description:

The Perez Residence project is a 4,190 sq.ft. single family residence situated on an 11 acre parcel.  The Stormwater Management Plan was designed based on the existing site conditions while considering the stormwater management requirements of the Municipal ordinances and proposed sewage disposal area.
