Description:

The Selinsgrove Senior Center project which included a new covered porch and ADA accessible ramp.  The was designed based on the existing site conditions while considering the building code requirements and Municipal Zoning Ordinance setbacks.  The project required a Zoning Variance with the Selinsgrove Borough Zoning Hearing Board.
