Description:

The Zeigler Road Development is a commercial multi-lot development consisting of a land available on the north and south sides of Zeigler Road.  The land available on the north side of Zeigler Road is a 3 lot commercial subdivision with related roadway, sanitary sewer and stormwater management improvements situated on a 13.5 acre parcel.  The land available on the south of the road consists of 4 – 2 acre lots.  The 1 has been sold and developed by First National Bank. The Subdivision & Land Development Plan was designed to maximize the lot layout while considering the requirements of stormwater management and Municipal requirements.
